workshop policy

At Saranti, we strive to offer informative and engaging workshops to encourage your creativity and boost your skills. Please review our workshop policy carefully to ensure a smooth and productive experience.
1. registration and payment:

registration: workshop participants must register through the Saranti website; registration is considered complete only upon receiving confirmation via email

payment: full payment is required at the time of registration; payments can be made through our secure online payment system; no cash payments are accepted

discounts: discounts for early registration or group sign-ups may be available; check the specific workshop page for details
2. cancellations and refunds:

participant cancellations: if a participant needs to cancel, they may do so up to 7 days before the workshop for a full refund; cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund, but participants may transfer their spot to someone else with prior notice and approval from Saranti

rescheduling: if a participant can’t attend, they may reschedule (up to 7 days before the event) to another workshop of equal value within a 3-month window, provided there is availability

Saranti cancellations: if Saranti cancels a workshop due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session; they will be notified via email

same-day cancellations or no-shows: no refund or credit

emergency exceptions: in cases of emergencies (e.g., illness, family matters), Saranti may consider refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis
3. workshop materials and access:

materials: any materials provided during the workshop are for personal use only; participants are not permitted to reproduce or distribute materials without written permission from Saranti

online workshops: for online workshops, login details will be sent prior to the event; please ensure you have access to the necessary technology (e.g., computer, internet connection) to participate
4. code of conduct:

respectful behaviour: all participants are expected to maintain a respectful attitude during workshops; disruptive behaviour, harassment, or any form of disrespect will not be tolerated

participation: active participation is encouraged, but participants must remain courteous and allow others to contribute without interruption
5. liability and responsibility:

liability waiver: participants agree that Saranti is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage during the workshop except in cases of negligence or failure to provide a safe environment; we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees

accuracy of information: while every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of workshop content, Saranti is not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions.
6. changes to policy:
