Christmas policy

To keep the magical little Guguleți safe and sound on their journey, and to avoid any holiday delivery chaos, we follow a special set of rules throughout December. These help us make sure every order arrives happily, safely, and exactly where it’s supposed to.

 

1. where we deliver

​During December, we only deliver within Bucharest and a few nearby areas where we can guarantee safe and timely arrivals.
Our delivery zone includes:

​

• Roșu

• Dudu

• A small section of Chiajna

• Popești-Leordeni

• Cățelu

• Voluntari

• Dobroești

 

2. order cut-off date

​To give each Guguleț enough time to be created with care and delivered without stress, we accept holiday orders only until (and including) the 14th of December.

​

Orders placed after this date will be scheduled for delivery starting in January.

 

3. stock limitations

​Each Guguleț is handmade, and December is one of their busiest travel seasons. For this reason, our holiday stock is limited to the number of Guguleți we can safely create and deliver before the holidays.

​

Once we reach our seasonal limit, further orders will close automatically.
