• ready-made products can be returned within 14 days of delivery - just make sure they are undamaged and in their original packaging

• custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless they are defective or were damaged during delivery

• digital products are non-returnable if they have been downloaded or accessed

2. how do you return a product?

• after we approve the return, we will send you exact instructions

 

3. refunds and exchanges

• refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item

• refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including original shipping costs if the entire order is returned

• exchanges for items of equal or lesser value can be arranged within 14 days of delivery

• exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the item
