Welcome to Saranti!

1. air-dry clay decorations
-
cleaning: dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth; for deeper cleaning and only if necessary, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately
-
storage: store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping
-
keep away from moisture, extreme temperatures, and direct sunlight
2. polymer clay jewellery and decor
-
cleaning: wipe gently with a soft cloth, dampen (with water) if necessary; do not use acetone, rubbing alcohol, or any harsh chemical, as this will damage this type of clay
-
storage: store in a dry, cool place - keep jewellery individually to avoid scratches
-
wearing tips: remove jewellery before swimming, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes
-
do not bend! polymer clay is designed to have a bit of flexibility - however, to prevent damage, please avoid bending, as this may cause it to break
3. soft toys
-
cleaning: spot clean with a damp cloth; avoid soaking or submerging in water
-
storage: store in a dry place and keep away from direct sunlight to avoid discoloration
-
safety tips: regularly check for loose parts if you have young children or pets and do not allow them to play with toys that have small detachable parts
4. colouring books
-
usage: use coloured pencils or markers suitable for the paper type; avoid using heavy markers that may bleed through
-
storage: keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent warping/fading
-
handling tips: handle pages gently to avoid tearing
5. painted clothes
-
washing: turn garments inside out and wash by hand or on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent
-
drying: air dry flat or hang to dry; do not use dryers!
-
ironing: if ironing is necessary, do it around the painted area; avoid direct heat on painted areas, but if absolutely necessary, you can place the painted side between two sheets of baking paper and use a low-heat setting
-
storage: store in a cool, dry place, ideally on a hanger; avoid stacking heavy items on top of painted clothes
6. stickers
-
application: ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust and oils before applying; apply slowly and press firmly to eliminate air bubbles
-
cleaning: clean applied stickers with a soft, damp cloth, avoid harsh chemicals and excessive scrubbing
-
storage: store unused stickers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
7. paintings
-
cleaning: dust lightly with a soft, dry cloth; for deeper cleaning, consult a professional
-
display: hang paintings away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat sources to prevent fading and damage
-
handling: handle paintings by the frame or edges, not the surface
-
storage: store in a dry, cool place, preferably in a vertical position to avoid warping
